Shipping & Delivery
Please allow between 1-5 days for your order to arrive. If more than 5 days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Privacy & Security
We operate a strict privacy policy regarding client information:
  • All client details, registered works or registration details are considered confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
  • Client details will never be passed onto other companies, mailing lists, etc.
  • All our personnel dealing directly with client details are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • All electronic back ups of works are encrypted, to ensure they cannot be accessed by unauthorised personnel.
  • All documents and files containing client data that require disposal, (such as redundant or expired files) are disposed of in a secure manner, normally by shredding and/or incineration.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a full refund to customers who request a return within 14 days of receiving their goods and return the goods to us 14 days thereafter, except in the instance of customised goods. We offer a full refund on items that are deemed faulty, including customised goods, except were the customer has damaged the item by trying to repair the item themselves. We only accept returns from the customer who bought the item. Customers will be asked for proof of purchase from us. This includes an emailed sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement.
Orders are processed within 24hours unless the item is out of stock. If orders have been placed during weekends then these orders will be processed on the following business day.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We offer payment methods that include major debit/credit cards and Paypal. All our prices include VAT. Our promotions run in accord with UK trade laws.
Viewing Orders
Order status can be viewed in your account section. After the order has been marked shipped any change of address will incur an additional shipping cost.
Updating Account Information
Customers can update their account information by visiting the "My Account" section, once they are logged in.
